Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are unworn, unwashed, and free of pet hair, with all original tags still attached.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
